An interactive session titled "Rubaru" was organized at the Learning and Development Centre of Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL), where Director In-Charge Birendra Kumar Tiwari engaged directly with 40 non-executive employees in an open dialogue.
The program began with a safety pledge led by the Director In-Charge B K Tiwari . Amit Anand, assistant general manager, delivered a presentation highlighting BSL’s key initiatives in the field of employee learning and development. He spoke about partnerships with platforms like LinkedIn and Future Prime, MoUs with renowned institutions, and the launch of e-Pathshala and other digital platforms providing new opportunities for skill enhancement.
In his address, Birendra Kumar Tiwari emphasized the significance of continuous learning and self-development. He encouraged employees to make full use of available resources, adopt best practices, and stay abreast of advancements in digitalization and artificial intelligence.
The session also featured active participation from attendees, who shared their perspectives on learning and development. The event was conducted by Rajesh Kumar, deputy general manager, learning and development.
