On the occasion of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Jayanti, various programs were organized by Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Caste Officer, Employees Union and Ambedkar Vichar Parishad, near the Collectorate Ground. The program was started by Deputy Commissioner Dr. Waghmare Prasad Krishna, Superintendent of Police Haris bin Zaman and other officials and personnel garlanded the statue of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, garlanding and wreathing on his portrait.

On the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner said that today's children Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Baba had taught that you should be educated, organized and struggle. Children should understand that first study, then some work. Do not leave education and think. Do not consider earning, nor consider joining any organization, first put 20-25 years of studies in studies. The Deputy Commissioner appealed to everyone that children who are going to study around you or want to get a good education must help them. Not only do we have to adopt their thoughts but also adopt the things said in the Constitution.

 The Superintendent of Police said that all of you should remember the education given by them and set an example in the society that is exemplary for all.

Additional Collector Jeetendra Munda, ITDA Project Officer Sushma Neelam Soreng, Sub -Divisional Officer Amit Kumar, NDC, Ramcharan Ram, Birsa Oraon, Digambar Ram, Lakhan Ram, Arun Ram, and others were present in the program. Various art parties performed cultural programs on the occasion. In the program, an essay was written by the children on Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, whose winning participants were honored.
