A solemn ceremony was held at the Deputy Commissioner's confidential office premises to mark the 134th birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. Deputy Commissioner Vijaya Jadhav, along with several district-level officials, offered floral tributes at the portrait of the architect of the Indian Constitution.
On the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner emphasized the relevance of Dr. Ambedkar’s ideals in today’s society and encouraged everyone to walk on the path shown by him—promoting equality, justice, and empowerment.
Among the dignitaries present were DPLR Director Menka, Additional Collector Md. Mumtaz Ansari, LRDC Chas Prabhas Dutta, DSO Shalini Khalkho, District Education Superintendent Atul Kumar Chaubey, DLAO Dwarika Baitha, and other senior officials, who paid their respects and reiterated their commitment to uphold the values envisioned by Dr. Ambedkar.
