Woman accuses boss of sexual harassment

Bismita Das, Assistant in Land Acquisition Group of Lanco here on Friday alleged that she has been subjected to sexual harassment by her boss. Now Bismita is staying in the NGO Maa Ghar.
She alleged that company CEO Pradeep Kumar Lenka has outraged her modesty. "In the name of making my job permanent, Lenka tried to outrage my modesty. He tried to do it when I was in duty and alone," Das alleged, adding that the boss even asked her to reduce the physical weight.
Das also lodged an FIR with the Dhenkanal police. The police have also registered a case. Bismita's husband is an NGO activist and runs the Bapu Yuvak Sangh.
