City witnesses a warm day

It was a warm day in the national Capital with the maximum temperature settling at 36.2 degrees Celsius, seven notches above the season's average. The minimum temperature was recorded at 17.1 degrees Celsius, two notches above the normal, said a MeT department official.

The humidity oscillated between 86 and 21 per cent. The MeT office has forecast mainly clear skies for tomorrow.

“The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover at 35 and 18 degrees respectively,” the weatherman said. On , the maximum and minimum temperatures had settled at 34.4 and 16.4 degrees Celsius respectively.
