The film is about an NRI couple living in the US. Ravi Malhotra (Chetan Pandit), is an engineer-architect who is ‘married’ to his job and constantly ignores the bare existence of his wife Anjali Malhotra (Archana Joglekar). Soon the focus shifts to the badlands of Bihar. Ravi mysteriously disappears on his field trip to India.

His wife attempts to trace him that results in encounters with murderous engineers, ex-dacoits and bahubalis. Director Dilip Shankar keeps reasonable control over the proceedings. But the film lacks spark. The producers have placed touching faith in Joglekar’s acting ability but her middle-aged shoulders cannot carry the film.

It is tormenting to see Jackie Shroff (Pratap Singh) but Ashok Samarth impresses as a goon with a conscience.
