‘Have never been over-protective’

Like any working woman, who has a family and a profession, I too have to manage things. Yes, it’s a little challenging at times, but I’m managing quite well. I am lucky because my husband, Jyoti Randhawa (India’s popular golfer) has been a very understanding person. We are both in a profession that requires us to travel frequently which was initially quite a bit of a problem when Zorawar was an infant. But now my son is busy with his own friends. And it is us parents who have to struggle to get his attention. And I don’t mind that at all. We as parents believe that the child needs to be given a lot of freedom. He needs to grow independently.
