The Gujarat Government announced the terms of reference for the two-member committee it has appointed to look into the allegations of snooping against a woman architect and tasked the panel to verify “whether the incident(s) of security/ surveillance as alleged in web portals “Cobra Post” and “Gulail.com” actually took place.”

It has also been tasked to see “whether there was any breach of or non-compliance with any laid down mandatory legal provisions and/or administrative procedures in the process.”
