This winter indulge yourself with some delicious food and drinks at Baar Baar— The Indian Gastro Bar traverses from New York to New Delhi. The Baar Baar menu is carefully designed by Chef Sujan Sarkar that includes Chef Sujan’s signature Sourdough Kuchas — Kashmiri Duck Kulcha and the pepper and onion kulcha with serrano ham and manchago cheese served alongside homemade chutneys; masala jackfruit taco; tuna bhel; heirloom tomato kut; tandoori octopus and the Kashmiri lamb ribs. The small plates are a perfect accompaniment to the India-inspired cocktails, like the Baar Baar old fashioned and New Delhi sour, Calcutta cup, kulupi sherbet, caramelised coconut water and extra dry vermouth. Baar Baar’s desserts are true to the modern Indian palate with the likes of decadent thandai cassata, coconut mousse & ice cream and cashew cake with a phirni mousse.
