Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan while addressing a huge public gathering in Junnardev of Chhindwara district said that six new mines including Sharda Mines, Vishnupuri are being started in Junnardev and Parasia block. These mines will facilitate employment to people in large number.
Chouhan also made an announcement in connection to start physics and chemistry classes in Junnardev College from the next academic session.
Apprising in detail about the Sambal Yojana, Chouhan said that the scheme has succeeded to transform life of poor and needy persons. Poor families are getting opportunities to lead life happily due to this scheme.
He further mentioned that all the possible efforts will be made to improve education arrangement in Junnardev block.
On this occasion, Chouhan dedicated a bridge costing Rs 5.75 crore on Dudhi river and high standard bridge costing Rs 76.62 lakh on Kulaharia Nala. Besides, he laid foundation stone of Kajri-Phulsa-Khattu Dhana road to be built at a cost of Rs 2.46 crore, Bhavani-Umaria raod costing Rs 2.06 crore and Mukhya Mantri Gramin Nal-Jal Yojana worth Rs 77.77 lakh at Gonabadi village of Tamia block.
Chouhan honoured Loktantra Senanis by presenting Shawl and Copper plaque in Chhindwara. Narrating in detail about the incident of detention of persons under the MISA, he described the services of Loktantra Senanis as exemplary.
Minister In-Charge of the District Gourishankar Bisen, Member of Parliament Prabhat Jha, MLAs Natthan Shah Kavreti, Chowdhary Chandrabhan Singh, Ramesh Pofli, Mayor Kanta Sadarang, Chairman of Bhariya Development Authority Urmila Bharti, President of district Panchayat Kanta Thakur, other Public Representatives and citizens in large number were present on the occasion.
