‘Karaoke Open Mic Night’ held to celebrate post-Diwali evening

Post-Diwali celebrations are on in the city. A calm evening of music was witnessed by the Bhopal music lovers as the youngsters of the city gave marvelous performances.

There was music, there was dance and there was a lot of fun at the Karaoke Open Mic Night. The open mic was held here on Thursday at The Classroom Restaurant which saw a huge participation from the youngsters of the city.

The immense talent of young girls and boys of the city was a must watch for the audience. The open mic was organised with a purpose to provide a platform for talented people to showcase their talent before the Bhopalites.

As many as 25 performances were held on the day. There were solo dance performances on Bollywood tracks and there were solo singing musical performances. The performers not only presented the new filmy tracks but also sang some of the musical tracks from old movies.

The participants beautifully presented songs not only in English but also few Bollywood tracks added charisma in the evening. The musical performance by young artists added much zest in the open mic. The audiences were seen totally engrossed in the melodious music performed by the youngsters of the city.

Other than the musical performances, some of the participants recited their poetries, short stories, Urdu shayaris and more. The ghazals were another treat for the listeners. Being a wondrous presentation for the old songs and ghazal lovers, the show evoked a pretty good response. The music lovers tapped their feet along as the calm ghazals were beautifully performed before them.
