A 28-year-old woman was sexually assaulted at a farmhouse in Kolar locality on December 11 when she was returning home; police have registered a case on Tuesday after victim lodged a complaint.
Police said that the victim was abducted and raped at farmhouse on December 11 and made her video which he used to blackmail her and sexually assaulted her several times in the past few days.
The accused identified as Abbas Ali works as care-taker at farmhouse which belongs to Munna Painter. According to police, the accused made her obscene video at the farmhouse and threatened her to keep mum. He warned to make her video public.
Victim in her complaint stated that she separated from her husband and has been living in Kolar with her son. Their was no toilet in her house due to which she had to go out for defecation. The accused used to harass her for the past few months. On December 11 when she was on her way to home after defecation the accused kidnapped her and took her to a farm where she was raped by the accused.
Based on the complaint after the preliminary investigation the police have registered a case under sections 376 (2) N and 506 of the IPC and started further investigation.
The search for the accused has been started who went missing after the incident and is still missing. Police said that the accused holds crime record and would be investigated.
