A total of 4,157 nomination forms were submitted in the State from November 2 to 9, 2018 after the release of Vidhan Sabha election’s notification. The nomination forms filed in the State were scrutinised by the Returning Officers on November 12, 2018. As per the information received till 7 pm, total 415 nomination forms were rejected in the state during the scrutiny.
Total 6 nomination forms in Morena, 8 in Bhind, 16 in Gwalior, 6 in Datia, 9 in Shivpuri, 12 in Guna, 5 in Ashok Nagar, 8 in Sagar, 6 in Chhattarpur, 15 in Damoh, 2 in Panna, 11 in satna, 6 in Rewa, 7 in Singrauli, 4 in Shahdol, 5 in Anuppur, one in Umaria, 15 in Katni, 5 in dindori, 5 in Mandla, 10 in Balaghat, 8 in Seoni, 3 in Narsinghpur, 27 in Chhindwara, 24 in Betul, 3 in Harda, 5 in Hoshangabad, 8 in Raisen, 16 in Vidisha, 9 in Bhopal, 2 in Sehore, one in Rajgarh, 8 in Shajapur, 7 in Dewas, 8 in Khandwa, 2 in Burhanpur, 19 in Khargone, 22 in Badwani, 5 in Alirajpur, 10 in Jhabua, 22 in Dhar, 10 in Indore, one in Ujjain, 12 in Ratlam, 10 in Mandsaur, and 11 in Neemuch have been rejected.
