Dussehra celebrations at Faridabad on Friday turned into a political battlefield with Union
Minister MP Krishan Pal Gurjar and Haryana Cabinet Minister Vipul Goel engaging in a heated argument.
While Krishan Pal Gurjar is sitting MP from Faridabad, Vipul Goel is MLA representing the Faridabad constituency.
A video has gone viral where the two BJP leaders are seen shouting and engaging in a heated argument. Both were seen accusing each other of doing politics.
A large number of people witnessed the heated exchange of words which reportedly triggered over the issue of permission of allotment of celebration venue. Two different organizations, each backed by these two BJP leaders reportedly wanted the venue for Dussehra celebrations.
The issue is likely to spell trouble for the Haryana BJP, which is gearing up for 2019 Lok Sabha polls.
In the past also, there have been reports of rift between MPs and MLAs from BJP in Haryana.
