Dr Kailash Joshi has been appointed as the Chief City Health Officer in the Municipal Corporation of Dehradun (MCD). He has assumed charge on Wednesday. Notably, the post of the chief city health officer had been vacant for the past four months. Dr Joshi in his earlier stint was the Joint Director in the health directorate.
