Chief Secretary Ajay Singh chaired a meeting of senior officers at the Mantralaya here on Thursday to review preparations being made for the oath taking ceremony of the new Chief Minister.
The Chief Secretary issued necessary directives to the concerned officials in the meeting.
Additional Chief Secretary (Home), Amitabh Jain, Secretary, PWD, Subodh Singh, Secretary, Rajbhawan, Surendra Jaiswal, Secretary, General Administration, Rita Shandilya, Commissioner, Public Relations, Ambalgan P. and officials of District Police and District Administration were present .
As per directives of senior officials, the Superintendent of Police, Raipur, Ambreesh Mishra and other officials of district administration geared up for the preparation and had inspected the possible oath taking ceremony venue at Science College Ground in Raipur. It is most likely that the oath taking ceremony of Chief Minister and his cabinet would be held on December 15.
