Chief Minister Raman Singh will be leaving for three-day tour of Bilaspur and Surguja division on Monday (September 18) under the ongoing State-wide ‘Atal Vikas Yatra’, officials informed.
The Chief Minister will be visiting Bilaspur, Raigarh and Koriya districts on September 18, Kobra, Balrampur-Ramanujganj and Surajpur districts on September 19, and Surguja, Jashpur and Mungeli districts on September 20.
As per the final tour schedule, Singh will leave from Raipur on September 18 via helicopter at 10.50 am and reach tehsil headquarters Kota of Bilaspur district at 11.30 am, and at 1.15 pm , the Chief Minister will be addressing public meetings at Dharamjaigarh tehsil headquarters of Raigarh district.
At 3.15 pm, Singh will leave from Dharamjaigarh in helicopter and reach village Ranai of Koriya (Baikunthpur) district at 4pm.
After welcome programme in Ranai, he will attend the programme in village Patna at 4.40 pm, then attend the programme in village Mahora at 5.05 pm and another programme to be held in Baikunthpur at 5.35pm.
In the evening at 6.15pm, Singh will come to Charcha of Koriya district and after addressing general assembly there, he will have night stay there.
On September 19, the Chief Minister will address press conference in Charcha at 10 am, and leave via helicopter at 10.50 and reach village Madanpur (Rampur) of Korba district at 11.30 am, and after attending the public meeting there, he will reach Ramanujganj of Balrampur district at 1.15pm via helicopter.
After attending public meeting there, Singh will reach Pratappur of Surajpur district at 3.30 pm and address public meeting there.
He will visit Silphili at 4.40 pm, Telaichar at 5.10 pm, Vishrampur at 5.40pm, village Parri at 6.10 pm.
Singh will meet students of Livelihood College at Parri.
The Chief Minister will reach district headquarters Surajpur at 6.50pm, and inaugurate newly-built Collectorate building. Thereafter, Singh will have night stay there.
On September 20, the Chief Minister will address press conference in Surajpur at 10.30 am, and after that he will reach tehsil headquarters Sitapur of Surguja district via helicopter at 11.30 am, Patthalgaon tehsil headquarters of Jashpur district at 1pm, and tehsil headquarters Lormi of Mungeli district at 3.40pm.
After addressing general assemblies at aforementioned places, Dr Singh will return from Lormi to Raipur at 5.15pm.
The Chief Minister will be addressing public meeting to be held in Kota block headquarters of Bilaspur district during state-wide Atal Vikas Yatra on September 18, tomorrow.
On the occasion, Singh will be inaugurating, laying foundation and doing bhumi pujan of 44 development works worth nearly Rs 130.89 crore for development of the region.
In the public meeting, the Chief Minister will also distribute goods and financial aid to 587 beneficiaries under various beneficiary-oriented schemes of the government.
Singh will be inaugurating 25 construction works worth nearly Rs 111.34 crore , which includes Sakri-Ganiyari-Kota Road (nearly 22km) worth Rs 76 .57 crore, Bansajhal Diversion Scheme worth Rs 11.72 crore, Kota-Belgahna Road (5km) worth Rs 11.58 crore , power substation of capacity 33/11 KV worth Rs 1.70 crore in Ratanpur, and CV Raman Kota power substation of capacity 33/11 KV worth nearly Rs 1.55 crore.
In the public meeting, Singh will lay foundation and bhumi pujan of 10 works worth Rs 19.55 crore , which includes construction works related to Lufa Diversion Yojana worth nearly Rs 9.17 crore , construction works related to Navagaon Diversion Scheme worth nearly 7 crore 77 Lakh, Billiband Nal-Jal Paday Yojana worth nearly Rs 46 lakh, Kurdur Nal-Jal Praday worth Rs 44 lakh, and Tendua Nal-Jal Praday Yojana worth nearly Rs 44 lakh.
