The bus used in the road show of Congress president Rahul Gandhi had tinted black glasses that are against the traffic rules.
However, instead of taking action against the vehicle, Traffic police officer told that he did not see the vehicle otherwise a penalty should have been levied.
DSP Traffic Parag Khare said that the use of tinted black glass is violation of Motor Vehicle Act and if the bus used in the procession would have been spotted definitely action would have been taken against the bus driver.
