Former Raipur Mayor Gajraj Pagaria on Sunday returned to Congress party fold.
He was welcomed by All India Congress Committee In-charge of Chhattisgarh P.L. Punia at State Congress office Rajiv Bhawan here on Sunday.
Notably, Pagaria was National Treasurer of Janata Congress Chhattisgarh (Jogi) (JCC) (J) .
Speaking on the occasion, Pagaria said he had cordial relations with JCC (J) Supremo Ajit Jogi but the support he was expecting from him after being manhandled by a party worker disappointed him. “Unhappy with the incident, I have now decided to return to Congress fold”, he said.
