The building department of North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NMC) has issued guidelines for the regularisation of shop-cum-residence complex.
Mayor of North Delhi Adesh Kumar Gupta said that the owners can fill the application of regularisation through authorised architects under self-assessment schemes.
He said the North Delhi Municipal Corporation would also organise camps in its areas to spread information about the scheme.
A senior North Delhi Municipal Corporation official said that residents can avail the benefit of the scheme before 31st December as, after the deadline, the charges for the same would be doubled.
