The ICFAI Business School (IBS) here conducted its annual Faculty Knowledge Sharing Programme (FKSP) on Saturday.
Prof Samprit Chakrabarti, Associate Dean— Academics, IBS Kolkata and Professor Pallabi Ghosh, faculty member, OB and HR, IBS Kolkata, were the resource persons.
Professor (Dr) Kumar Bar Das, former Vice Chancellor, Fakir Mohan University, was the chief guest, who inaugurated the auspicious programme and shared his views.
The topic was “Research Methodology Using SPSS and AMOS”, wherein around 50 faculty members from various private and Government colleges and universities of Odisha participated. The workshop stressed on what are the modern pedagogical tools and how it helps students and teachers in the learning and teaching process.
Asutosh Tripathy and Ajaya Ketan Nayak coordinated the programme.
