Janata Congress Chhattisgarh Jogi (JCC)( J) President and former State Chief Minister Ajit Jogi has extended the party’s campaign for the upcoming Assembly polls by taking out second leg of ‘Vijay Yatra’ (Victory March).
A JCC (J) Spokesperson informed that the Yatra which was to be taken out from Sunday has been extended.
After striking an alliance with Bahujan Samaj Party a joint Yatra would be taken out by the party and the new date would be announced soon.
Notably, the first phase of the Yatra, was taken out in eight of the Assembly constituencies namely — Raipur (Rural), Dharsiwa, Baloda Bazar, Bhatapara, Kasdol, Masturi, Beltara and Kota.
The Yatra was launched from Banjari Temple of Raipur (Rural) Assembly segment and culminated at Mahamaya Temple, Ratanpur of the Kota Assembly Segment.
