I am to bring to your kind notice that the executant is digging up the internal road of Kalinga Vihar HIG Colony (K-5) for laying optical fibre cable for installation of CCTV and WIFI system under the Smart City programme. However, we find that the agency doesn’t repair the damaged roads by blacktop or concreting. This has caused inconvenience to the residents and damage to the road which was constructed by the Bhubaneswar Development Authority. I would, therefore, request you to direct the concerned agency to repair the damaged portion and bring it back to the original state, for which it must have claimed the mone, while submitting the tender.
