Public service activities to be held: Chouhan

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that various public service activities will be organised in the entire State from September 17 to 25.

Chouhan on Monday participated in the blood donation camp organised at Government Motilal Nehru College and tree plantation programme at Traffic Park. He inaugurated the blood donation camp at the college and planted saplings at the Traffic Park.

MP Alok Sanjar, Mayor Alok Sharma, Chairman Municipal Corporation Surjeet Singh Chouhan and MLA Surendra Nath Singh were present on the occasion.

Chouhan said that Raktadaan is Jivandaan (blood donation is donation of life). He greeted the blood donors for giving life to others. Chouhan wished Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his birthday on behalf of the 7.5 crore people of the state. He told that public service activities will be undertaken constantly with the cooperation of the society in the entire state from Modi’s birthday to Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya’s birth anniversary.

He said that Prime Minister Modi is engaged in building a new India and the people of Madhya Pradesh are standing with him. Students in a large number took part in the blood donation camp. The Chief Minister posed for photographs with the students. Chouhan said that Vriksh hai to manav jivan hai (If trees exist, human life will exist). He told that the birthday of popular Prime Minister Modi is being celebrated as Seva Divas in the state. Chouhan said that service is the biggest gift. Citizens are undertaking service activities in the entire state. He said that the country’s glory has increased under the Prime Minister’s leadership. The country is scaling new heights in every field. Our economy is also moving ahead at a fast pace in the world. The Chief Minister planted a mango sapling at Traffic Park.
