Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Sunday began his Jan Ashirwad Yatra from Mhow to cover eight constituencies of Indore district.

Chouhan began his yatra from dreamland square of Mhow and after moving for more than 2 kms in the open vehicle along with national BJP general secretary and Mhow MLA Kailash Vijayvergiya and his son Akash Vijayvergiya, he addressed a large gathering of party workers from the vehicle.

He told that 15 years back when the Congress was in power the roads of Madhya Pradesh were in bad shape full of pot holes. There was no electricity supply to the villages and frequent power cut in the cities. BJP government works on the principal of Sabka Vikas sabhi dishao mei Vikas. In the BJP government road connectivity and electric supply and water supply has gone to the all the villages of Madhya Pradesh.

The irrigation area has increased and frequency of farming of different crops in the year has increased due to the availability of water and electricity. All the villages of the state have been connected to the cities of Madhya Pradesh with cemented road construction. The green belt is being developed around Narmada Parikrama route and I have done Naramada Parikrama to see live that from what geographic points of Narmada river we can construct the new canals and pipelines to the different villages and cities of Madhya Pradesh so that the water of Naramda can be stored and also be given to the cities.

PM Narendra Modi government of BJP in Centre has come up with the outstanding scheme of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna in which a poor can get a pucca cemented house with cemented roof and nothing to pay back to the government. The poor families are charged with only Rs  200 per month as electricity bill.

Chohan garlanded the statue of Bhim Rao Ambedkar at Ambedkar Memorial. BJP leader Mhow Kavita Patidar, Kanchan Singh Chouhan, Ashok Somani, Ramkishore Shukla, Ravi Yadav, Karan singh thakur led the Janasirwad yatra. BJP leader Rau Shiv Dingu and Ex MLA BJP Rau Jitu Jirati welcomed CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan by making a 2 km long human chain of party workers standing on both the side of roads in Rau constituency.

Before the Jan Ashirwad yatra of CM in Mhow, Hardik Patel also conducted a yatra in the car and garlanded the statue of Ambedkar at Ambedkar Smarak Mhow. SDM Mhow Pratul Sinha and ASP Mhow Nagendra Singh was present during the CM’s yatra.
