SChief Minister Raman Singh on Tuesday inaugurated the Swami Vivekananda Sports Complex at Kharsia town in Raigarh district as part of the ongoing State-level 'Atal Vikas Yatra' on Monday.
The sports complex had been constructed as a cost of Rs 2.47 crore and has facilities such as Indoor Badminton Court, Volleyball Court, Basketball Court, Table Tennis hall, Billiards Hall and facilities for playing Chess, Carrom and Ludo.
Separate Indoor gyms had been constructed for men and women while the complex also has Accupuncture Pathway, play area for children, outdoor gym, garden and a swimming pool.
With the inauguration of the facility, the sports persons in and around Kharsia will be benefitted.
The Chief Minister also unveiled a statue of Swami Vivekananda in the Sports Complex.
