Chief Secretary Basant Pratap Singh today reviewed the status of redressal of revenue cases and the implementation of Sambal Yojana in all the districts of Bhopal, Hoshangabad, Gwalior and Chambal division through video conference at the Mantralaya. The Divisional Commissioner, District Collectors and sub-divisional officers took part in the conference.
Singh reviewed the district, Janpad, Gram Panchayat and Urban Body wise number of unorganized registered labourers under the Sambal Yojana. He said that the registration should be monitored seriously and regularly.
It should be ensured that only the eligible person is involved in the registration process for the Yojana. Singh said that on uploading the wrong document, strict action will be taken against the concerned person. Instructions were given to ensure distribution of cent percent cards of the Sambal Yojana by September 20 at the video conference.
Singh lauded Betul district for improvement in the status of redressal of revenue cases in the district. Cases regarding mutation, property distribution, demarcation, amendments in records and diversion were reviewed sub-department
and tehsil wise during the video conference. Divisional Commissioner Narmadapuram, Collector Hoshangabad, Sub-departmental officer Chanderi, Naib Tehsildar Penchi Circle of Chachouda in Guna district were lauded for prompt redressal of increased number of revenue cases. According to amendments in the Land Revenue Code, instructions have been given to ensure adherence to the stipulated time limit and to keep the revenue record up-to-date and clear. Instructions were given to encourage taking applications of revenue cases through MP Online and Public Service Centers at the court level. Principal Secretary Revenue Hariranjan Rao, Principal Revenue Commissioner Manish Rastogi also joined the video conference in connection with revenue cases.
