Two-day fest culminates in Sagar Public School

Sagar Public School, Saket Nagar culminated its two-day 18th Annual Cultural Fest with theme ‘Humanity– Cohesion of Relations’ presented by the senior wing. The two day annual function festival comprised of Junior and Senior wings in which Sagarites exhibited their talents and values inherited of the quintessence of humanism and élan – ‘Humanity is Our Religion.

Justice G Raghuram, Director, National Judicial Academy, Bhopal was the esteemed Chief Guest on the occasion. The presentation began with lighting of lamp and seeking blessings of ‘Goddess Saraswati’ followed by floral welcome of esteemed Guest by Chairman Sudhir Kumar Agrawal and Principal Pankaj Sharma.

Siddharth Sudhir Agrawal, Managing Director, Sagar Group, Sagar Agarwal, Director, Sagar Group, governing members of Sagar Public School and SISTec, parents, guests, media and invitees were also present on the occasion.

A vibrant and colourful programme marked the celebration based on the theme ‘Humanity- A Cohesion of Relations’ depicting relationships encouraging humanity from writings of Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore and songs from ‘Gitanjali’ offered prayers to God in ‘The Mystical Bond’ followed by traditional dance to welcome all in ‘An Expression of Sagacity. ’Sagarites presented ‘Life of Buddha’in Ties Beyond Self’ to showcase humanity to live in present and re-born every day in a dance form.

‘The Humane Connect’ in dance, mime, action, Kathakali, Mohiniattam by Sagarites connected everyone with emotions on Kerala crisis(hit bya cyclone) depicted how humanity superseded the loss.

Hindi Play, ‘Dil Ke Rishtey’ revealed aspects of our relationships with parents, friends and children in complex situations.
