A 20-year-old youth was assaulted and robbed of his mobile phone, a pair of sports shoes and cash by four masked bike borne miscreants near Oxford School under Kolar police station area late in the night on Wednesday.
According to the police, the victim Aditya Tejbal Singh was robbed by four bike borne miscreants while on his way to near Oxford School when he was walking towards his house. The victim was rushed to hospital where he was discharged after providing treatment. The victim was attacked by the four miscreants. The victim lodged a complaint with the police and in his complaint he stated that the incident took place at 6 pm when he was on his way to home and when he reached near Oxford School in Ganesh Nagar four bike borne miscreants appeared and started to abuse him which he opposed and soon they started to assault him and snatched mobile phone, a pair of sports shoes and Rs 1500 cash from his possession and escaped the spot.
