Top cop launches Swachchhta Hi Seva campaign

Delhi Police Commissioner Amulya Patnaik launched a cleanliness campaign “Swachchhta Hi Seva” on Saturday at Tilak Marg police station. The campaign will be actively undertaken by the Delhi Police till the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti on October 2.

The campaign was simultaneously carried out throughout the day in all the police stations, Units in which police officers and men joined the drive of cleanliness in and around the police establishments. 

The Commissioner of Police underlined the importance of cleanliness and hygiene in day-to-day life. During the duration of the campaign it hopes to provide a better environment of service delivery to the citizens of Delhi in all our police premises.  The Commissioner also commended the role of sanitation workers for their excellent performance and awarded them with mementos.
