Ambassadors of Kuwait, Belgium, Portugal and Cambodia Thursday presented their credentials to President Ram Nath Kovind at a ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhavan here, according to an official statement.
The envoys who presented their credentials were Jasem Ibrahem JM Al-Najem, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait, Francois Delhaye, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium, Carlos Jose de Pinho e Melo Pereira Marques, Ambassador of Portugal and Ung Sean, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the statement said.
