‘There's sacrifice in everything you do’

Actor Abhishek Bachchan has made a name with his more than a decade-long-journey in Bollywood.

The actor says stardom does come with a price tag and there is sacrifice in everything that one does.

When asked if he is happy with his filmography, he said, “No. I don't think any actor is. The tragedy of a filmography is that these are the things that have happened in the past. You need to look forward towards new horizons, you need to continue to strive and better yourself. So, I don't think any actor is satisfied. The day an actor is satisfied is kind of a death of creativity within you.” He was last seen in Manmarziyaan.

‘For me this show (The Trip 2) symbolises the fact that women can come together, work in harmony and create moments of magic. I was hoping that the show would do well, but every episode has trended on YouTube and the viewership is increasing hour by hour, I couldn't have asked for more.’

Comedian-actor-producer Kapil Sharma, who will marry his girlfriend Ginni Chatrath on December 12, has opened up about attending weddings during his college days just to eat good food. He made an appearance on the show Indian Idol 10 where he spoke about his college days when he gate-crashed weddings with his friends in Delhi.

Kapil said: “During our college days, my friends and I used to go to weddings to eat good food. Once we got caught red-handed by an uncle. My friend made up a story saying that the food in our college mess got over and that we didn't have anything to eat.”

Hugh to revive one-man show

Actor Hugh Jackman is reportedly reviving his one-man stage show and is planning a multi-city tour.

Jackman will perform two songs on the plaza at 30 Rockefeller Center as part of the Today show concert series.

A set list hasn't been determined for the touring stage show, but the Tony Award-winner will likely perform songs from musicals he has been associated with such as Les Miserables, The Boy from Oz and Oklahoma. He will also add two or three numbers from The Greatest Showman. Most of the performances will be at international venues.
