Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies invites applications for admissions to its Automobile programmes.

Programmes offered: BTech — Automobile Engineering,  BTech — Automobile Engineering (Lateral Entry), PhD — Automobile Engineering.

Duration: Four years for   BTech — Automobile engineering, three years for automobile eng (lateral entry) and two years for PhD.

Eligibility: For BTech — Automobile Engineering —Pass in Class XII examination with at least 50 per cent marks in aggregate in five subjects and eligibility shall be determined on the basis of percentage of aggregate marks in: English, Physics, Mathematics; One subject out of Chemistry, computer Science, Biology or Biotechnology; One subject with the highest score out of the remaining subjects.

For BTech — Automobile Engineering (Lateral Entry) — 50 per cent marks in Diploma in Engineering in any branch/discipline of three year duration, from State Board of Technical education, Haryana or equivalent examination or BSc Degree from a recognised University as Defined by UGC, with at least 50 per cent marks and passed XII standard with Mathematics as a subject.

For PhD — Automobile Engineering — The admission to PhD programmes would strictly be done on the basis of regulations contained in the PhD Ordinance 8(B) of the institute available on its website, which is in total conformity with the UGC new Regulations, 2016 for Awards of MPhil/PhD degree.
