The All India Management Association (AIMA) — a national apex body of management profession and Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) — A premier central university in India have been offering the collaborative PhD programme in Business Administration since the year 2000. Till now 179 PhDs have been awarded under this programme.
AIMA-AMU PhD Programme has been specifically designed for working professionals who are constrained by time and location to pursue regular PhD from universities offering full time PhD. The programme is aimed at providing formal training to budding faculty and working managers, with inclination for teaching, training, research and consultancy. The entire programme is facilitated through a number of face to face sessions and regular counseling.
The participants can complete this programme within five years. The admissions notification for the programme in Business Administration for July session has already been made. Candidates may apply online at https://apps.aima.in/phd2019june/. The admission test is scheduled to be held on June 2, 2019 and the last date for online registration for RMAT is May 25, 2019.
