JEE Main 2020 will be organized twice in a year in the month of January&April 2020. The exam will be organized by National Testing Agency (NTA). It is a national level entrance exam which will be conducted to offer admission into B.E, B.Tech, B.Plan, &B.Archprogrammes. Through this exam, admission will be offered in NITs, IIITs, CFTIs & other participating institutes by securing the minimum qualifying marks.
JEE Main 2020 Application Details:
Official JEE Main 2020 notification will be released by NTA on 20th August 2019. Candidates can fill application form from 2nd September 2019 for January session. It will get commenced from second week of February 2020 for April session. Candidates will be able to submit the application fee through online or offline mode. The mode of payment offered to the applicants will be through credit card, debit card, net-banking or e-challan. The application fee will vary as per the paper & category selected by the candidate.
JEE Main 2020 Exam details:
The exam for January session will be held between first to third week of January 2020 & for April session will be held between first to third week of April 2020.Both paper 1 & paper 2 will be conducted through computer based mode. The drawing part in paper 2 will be held via pen-paper based (offline mode). There will be no age limit & no attempt limit to apply for JEE Main 2020.
JEE Main 2020 Admit Card:
The admit card for JEE Main 2020 January session will release by third week of December 2019 & for April session by third week of March 2020. Candidates are advised to download their admit card through online mode within the time period. No candidate will be allowed to enter in the examination hall without admit card.
JEE Main Admission Process:
JEE Main Result 2020 will be declared through online mode. Candidates will have to login by entering their date of birth& roll number to check their result. Qualified candidates will further have to proceed for counselling session. The counselling procedure will be organized by JoSAA.
Students can appear inboth January 2020 session and April 2020 sessions. Students appearing for both the sessions will be able to apply with best of the two scores for admission.
