Working out is no longer restricted to hitting the gym. As per a recent study, the home workout is set to be one of the year’s biggest fitness trends. The phrase “home workouts” is originated especially for those fitness conscious people who don’t get much time to go to the gym but  create a makeshift gym at their home with basic healthcare equipment. Home workouts can be done any time, day or night without worrying about gym hours or class times. This helps them have a work/life balance and schedule workout at their own convenience.

Many workouts can be done with equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, a stability ball, or a yoga mat. You can set your music on your phone or music system or watch TV side-by-side.

Not only can you choose workouts that are the appropriate length for your schedule, you will also save time driving, checking in, changing, and waiting for a class to start. That can add up to as much time as the workout itself.

With the help of fitness apps on your phone, you can even track and record your calories. Working out from home can be completely free if you are comfortable putting together your own workout or if you find a free programme online. This way, people who escape workout due to less time can customise their schedule and contribute to at least 30 minutes a day.
