Gauhar in gathbandhan
With the on going story track in Colors’ show Ganthbandhan Savitri Mai (Sonali Naik) will throw a big function for Dhanak's(Shruti Sharma) Muh Dikhayi rituals and will invite all the Dons of different area to attend.
Gauhar will glam up the function with her sultry dance moves as she will shake a leg to her famous item number Hua Chokra Jawan from the movie Ishaqzade, leaving the viewers awestruck.
Speaking about her entry Gauhar Khan said: “I've had some special memories and some of my biggest moments of life with Colors. Everytime I am associated with a show on Colors it feels like being home. I was a part of a celebration on Gathbandhan and I performed to a medley of famous Bollywood songs. I was happy to be a part of this show as it portrays women in light of confidence.”
Meanwhile on Monday it will be Mika who will be making an entry. He will be performing for a grand Holi party. Mika will set the mahol and sing a medley of his songs through which he will also try to bring the couple (Raghu and Dhanak leads) a bit close by playing cupid and try to brew love between with the touch of his music.
Talking about his association Mika said, “My past association with Colors has been a great experience for me. This is my first time that I am part of a fiction show on COLORS, and I am really excited to celebrate Holi with the cast of Gathbandhan. I am also here to bring two people fall in love with each other through my music and my songs.”
Farah’s home cooked treat
Farah Khan dons many hats and effortlessly manages different roles. Farah is not only known as a dance choreographer and director but also known as an excellent cook. Farah is very passionate about cooking and likes to treat her friends.
So, when Farah visited the sets of Super Dancer Chapter 3 for guru-shishya special episode, she ensured to treat the super judges with her home cooked food.
Farah is a foodie and so are our judges of Super Dancer. Farah told the Super judges to not carry food and she packed some delicious food. They all enjoyed the meal together. Now we wonder if Farah had got her famous Yakhani pulao or some other dish.
Avinash whips up drama
Zee TV’s popular fiction show, Yeh Teri Galiyaan has been keeping the audience on the edge of their seats with many intriguing twists and turns.
Recently, the viewers witnessed Hridoy going insane over Asmita missing whereas Shaan tries to calm him down. As the drama continues to unfold, inspector Aditya informs the entire Mazumdar family that Asmita is on her way to Mumbai. Hearing this news, Shaan blames himself as he was the one to throw Asmita out of the house. To vent out his frustration, he starts hurting and whipping. To make the sequence authentic, Avinash decided to whip himself for real. He even got bruises on his body but he still continued with the scene.
Sharing his experience, Avinash said: “It was an intense scene which had to be shot in one go and I was too nervous to shoot it as this was my first performance where I am doing a stunt and I had to beat myself with a ‘whip’. I always prefer to give my sequences a touch of reality. So, instead of using a dupe, I decided to do it myself. I am very thankful to the stunt experts on the set who helped me understand the technicalities and pull it off flawlessly.”
A leap in kumkum bhagya
Zee TV’s Kumkum Bhagya has been ruling the television space as everyone’s favourite dinnertime soap for the past five years. Now it is time for yet another journey to begin as the show takes a 20-year leap and introduces viewers to the next generation of the Mehras – Abhi-Pragya’s twin daughters. Post the leap, the track will focus on Abhi, Pragya and their young college-going daughters. Essaying the role of Prachi will be actor Mugdha Chaphekar and on the other hand, Naina Singh has been roped in to play the role of Rhea. Though twins by birth, Rhea and Prachi are two strong personalities who are complete opposites of each other. On one hand, Prachi is a complete replica of Pragya in terms of her simplicity, practicality, and sensitivity, on the other hand, Rhea is born in the lap of luxury making her a somewhat spoilt, pampered daughter of a successful rockstar.
Speaking about being a part of the show, Mugdha said: “I am making a comeback on Zee TV after four years and what better way to start a new journey than the extremely popular show Kumkum Bhagya. I have been an ardent follower of the show and I am glad that I am going to be a part of it. I hope that the audience enjoy the new twist.”
