An Open ‘Nutrition Workshop’ was organised for the youths of the city today at the Civil Services Club. Famous dietician Nidhi Shukla Pandey gave many important tips about eating and drinking.
The workshop, which was attended by 60 youngsters, was organized under the 'Graduate Grooming Series' of the Civil Services Club. the workshop was organised on Sunday.
Nidhi Shukla Pandey a dietician gave tips on health. She said that every person should drink hot water in the morning.
If possible, in this hot water one can add 4-6 drops of lemon and honey according to their convenience. She also said that do not stop tea and coffee to start the day.
Keep in mind that does not take empty stomach tea or coffee in the morning because this causes digestive system to always be damaged forever.
For breakfast dry foods and sprouts are best. If possible, keep these dried nuts in water at night.
Every day one should eat bananas as well. She also said walking less than 2 kilometers per day is harmful - if you want to live a healthy life, you must walk at least 2 kilometers in a day. Walking less than two km is not enough for your health.
“If you reduce the walking, then there is a serious effect on memory those who do no work throughout the day, their memory starts decreasing as there is a shortage of vitamin B12 in his body,” she added. She also gave a tip that one should start skipping the rope to keep body healthy.
