A three-day-long “Annanda Utsav”, a pan-India happiness programme with Pt Sri Sri Ravi Shankar (live from Bengaluru Ashram) organised by the Art of Living, concluded here on Sunday.
The special programme was held at “Sai Chandan” Seva Sadan at Baikuntha Nagar near New Bus Stand Road where hundreds of young men and women and elders flocked to listen to their guru to whom they trust to bring happiness to them.
The programme aims to empower individuals, more particularly those who are physically weak and remain under mental stress, to remain mentally and physically fit and excel in life, said disciple Ratnamani Cotton.
The most significant aspect is the ‘Sudarshan Kriya’ that teaches the individuals to lead a happy, healthy and stress-free life, she added.
This online programme was jointly conducted and coordinated by Krushna Mahapatra, Dr Prafulla Pattnaik, M Pattnaik, Er Amar Sahu, B Shyama Sundar, R Vijaya Kumar and Ankan Kolley-all well trained teachers of Guru Ravi Shankar’s art of living.
The programme was patronized for the first time at Brahmapur under the initiatives of Vyakti Vikas Kendra.
