For the 6th phase election under Lok Sabha Elections-2019, 118 nomination papers of 84 candidates have been received so far. On the first day for the 7th phase elections, 3 candidates submitted 3 nomination papers.
In the 6 th phase, 8 out of total 29 parliamentary constituencies that is Morena, Bhind (SC), Gwalior, Guna, Sagar, Vidisha, Bhopal and Rajgarh are included. From the April 16 date of notification till date, 19 nominations of 11 candidates of Morena, 7 of 10 candidates from Bhind (SC), 15 for 22 candidates in Gwalior, 9 for 12 in Guna, 7 of 7 candidates in Sagar, 9 of 12 candidates in Vidisha, 19 of 16 candidates in Bhopal and 17 nominations of 10 candidates in Rajgarh have been received out of these parliamentary constituencies.
Today, on the fourth day, 12 nominations of 6 candidates in Morena parliamentary constituency, 6 of 9 candidates in Bhind (SC), 8 nominations of 11 candidates in Gwalior, 2 of 2 candidates in Guna, 7 of 7 in Sagar, 2 of 5 candidates in Vidisha, 12 nominations of 12 candidates in Bhopal and 8 nomination papers of 5 candidates in Rajgarh have been received.
The notification was issued today for the 7 th phase election under Lok Sabha Elections-2019. In this phase, 8 out of total 29 parliamentary seats in the state will go to poll. These include Dewas (SC), Ujjain (SC), Mandsaur, Ratlam (ST), Dhar (ST), Indore, Khargone (ST) and Khandwa. On the first day of presenting the nomination papers, three nomination papers of 3 candidates were received for the Indore parliamentary constituency.
After scrutiny a total of 110 candidates are in the electoral fray for election in 7 parliamentary constituencies in the 5 th phase in State.
Out of these, there are 14 candidates in Tikamgarh (SC), 15 in Damoh, 17 in Khajuraho, 21 in Satna, 23 in Rewa, 11 in Hoshangabad and 9 in Betul.
