The Aam Admi Party (AAP) today released its manifesto for the upcoming State Assembly Election in Jharkhand at its party headquarters here on Saturday. The party announced that compulsory and uniform education for all and the Government schools will be made world class and Anganwadi will be developed as play schools if the party is voted to power in the State.
AAP State Convener Jaishankar Chaudhary said that the manifesto is a sacred agreement with the people, which the party considers to be its first obligation. “The parties and governments in India’s democratic history so far have not completed the promises made in the manifesto issued by them, but in Delhi, AAP fulfilled hundred 100 per cent promises made in manifesto,” he added.
The party State convener said that they do not show big dreams but basic needs of people like health, education, electricity, water and such kinds of people related basic issues are the main focus area of the manifesto.
Announcing important issues of manifesto Chaudhary said that there will arrangements to procure grains in every panchayat on double rate, renovations of ponds and new water sources, effective steps will be taken to increase water, forest, land security and forests, Rs 5,000 crores will be passed for tribal enterprise, will not let anyone die of hunger and for this responsible officer will be suspended, ration card will be made for every house hold, corporate loot will be stopped and local people will be promoted in the mining industry.
“Rs 1crore rupees and one person will be given job to the martyr’s family, electricity bill will be waived half and up to two hundred units, seven hundred liters of water will be given daily,” said Chaudhary.
Announcing other main focus area of the manifesto Chaudhary said that holding tax will be reduced, migrants will get houses, the loot of land will be stopped by the Government and the land rate will be decided from the market rate, tribal women will be given double exemption in land and house registry, special courts will be set up for speedy disposal of land dispute, twenty million youths will be provided employment, local youth will get more opportunities in private jobs, number of judges will be increased, every case related to women will be decided in fast track court, old age pension, widow pension and unemployment allowance will be doubled, Sahia and all contract workers will be given pay scale on the lines of Delhi Government.
