In an attempt to cash in on Delhi’s development model plan in poll bound Jharkhand Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) organized an Assembly-level conference at here on Wednesday. The day-long conference was to chalk out strategy for the year end Assembly poll. On the occasion, a resolution was passed to speed up the campaign of honest politics so as to bring change in administrative system in tribal State.
Addressing the party workers who had from various parts of district, AAP state convener, Jaishankar Chaudhary, said that the wave of public confidence generated by the party in Delhi in last five years for giving a honest and transparent government has reached Jharkhand. “It is certain that we will be able to draw a long line in the coming Assembly elections on the basis of public campaign constantly being run by the party on the basic issues related to the common men. AAP will make its electoral issues related to the common men like road, electricity, health, education and environment in the elections. The party believes that people have become upset with misleading politics. They want such a public representative, who can help them to face their everyday questions and challenges,” said Chaudhary.
Speaking on the occasion, AAP State secretary and probable candidate from Ranchi Assembly seat, Rajan Kumar Singh said that the people of Ranchi have observed that they have continuously elected their representative from the seat for 25 consecutive years, but the elected representative has failed to solve their basic problems.
“The problems related to cleanliness, holding tax, health, electricity, traffic are important issue in State Capital and the legislators here remain indifferent to these problems even while holding a ministerial position in Government, there is disappointment in everyone. Whether there is a sewerage-drainage plan in Ranchi or a plan for beautification of the ponds, rehabilitation plan for the people who have been displaced from Islamnagar and Naga Baba Khatal or the fortification of the hospitals of the State Capital, the MLA has been failed in every field,” said Singh.
He further said that the people of Ranchi are now restless for change. Ranchi is also ready to follow the same change that AAP has brought in Delhi solving civic issue, said Singh.AAP State Treasurer Alok Sharan, State Vice President Pawan Pandey, Joint Secretary Yasmin Lal, State Media In-charge Rajesh Kumar, District In-Charge Anjan Verma, Lok Sabha In-Charge Wasim Akram, Social Media In-charge Pritam Mishra, Shoaib Akhtar, Shakil Ahmed, Muntazir Alam, and other office bearers and a number of activists were present.
