Chunbhatti police teamed with STF nabbed a wanted accused having a reward of Rs 10,000 and was absconding in attempt to murder and kidnapping case of a youth who was kidnapped and pushed from a moving car in the month of November last year.

Acting on a tip off absconding accused Farhan Khan was nabbed near Lupin factory in Mandideep. Farhan has been booked for dozen crimes including two attempts to murder cases. He is listed in Goon list in Talaiya police station.

The accused along with Shashank, Shruti Sharma, Faizan, Haider, Asim Khan, Syed Adnan, Sharik and Puneet kidnapped and pushed victim Ishan Gurjar from a speeding car in the night on November 6, 2018 near Suyash hospital in Chunabhatti area.

Initially Shashank Khare was nabbed on November 16 and he provided details of four others involved in the crime and based on the details Asim Khan (28) of Aishbagh, Syed Adnan (21) of Kotwali, Sharik Khan (25) of Koh-e-Fiza and Puneet Updhyay (21) of Koh-e-Fiza were nabbed.  There were around ten persons including Shruti who have created the ruckus on the day of the incident.

A cash reward of Rs 10000 was declared for providing details of Farhan. Shruti and Haider are still absconding and search has been intensified to nab the two.

Police recovered vehicles used in the crime. Hyundai Verna bearing registration number MP04CM 5513 and Hyundai Creta bearing registration number MP04CM0200 and mobile phone used by the accused.

Notably, Farhan’s mimicry was made by Yash Gurjar and Ishan Gurjar and was uploaded by their friends which irked Farhan and to teach lesson Farhan along with Shruti and others kidnapped Shashank Nayanwani in his car and took him near Kilol Park when he beaten brutally.

They took Shashank’s mobile phone and contacted Ishaan to meet near Suyash hospital. After Ishaan came he was kidnapped and assaulted in the car and pushed from the car to kill him, but he escaped with serious injuries.
