Absence of ATM kiosks in far flung areas worries cops in Palamu

Sunday, 17 November 2019 | PNS | DALTONGANJ

Cops coming over here from outside are bound to feel the pinch of absence of ATM kiosks in remote, cut off and difficult areas of their deployment for conduct of voting here in the first phase of 5 Assembly constituencies here.

Roving cops are the new money takers at the ATM kiosks here. These cops preferring to be in their uniform stand in queue at ATM kiosks for withdrawal as their being in uniform helps them save from the suspicious eyes of the thugs that lurk around ATM kiosks. Local visitors of ATM kiosks are making way for these cops.

As Palamu still holds the tag of an LWE hit district cops want cash to be with them in new land. However, the cops who have come from outside are worried.
