The all important meeting of the All-India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) to discuss the Supreme Court verdict on the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid title suit will be held here on November 17.
The meeting of the AIMPLB executive committee will be held at Nadwatul Ulama at 1000 hours on Sunday, said Maulana Khalid Rashid Firangi Mahali, executive member of the
Muslim Personal Law Board, here on Monday.
Senior lawyers who represented the Muslim side in the Ayodhya case in the apex court would also attend the meeting.
All-India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul-Muslimeen (AIMIM) president Asaduddin Owaisi and Babri Masjid Action Committee convenor and senior lawyer Zafaryab Jilani will be present in the meeting.
The meeting will take a decision on whether the Muslim side should go for a review petition and agree to take 5-acre land for a mosque as granted by the Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, the Uttar Pradesh Sunni Central Waqf Board, the main petitioner in the Ayodhya title suit, will meet in Lucknow on November 26 to take a decision on the same issues.
