Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Friday extended greetings to people of the state on the occasion of Armed Forces Flag Day.
Chief Minister said that this Flag Day signifies the unity of the nation and honours Indian Army. He said that soldiers sacrifice their life for security and peace of the nation.
Armed Forces Flag Day is dedicated to support and welfare of Armed Forces personnel. On this day, flags are distributed and funds are collected to support families of martyr personnel.
Baghel requested people to come forward and contribute generously for honour and welfare of armed forces personnel.
