Bajaria police nabs history sheeter

Bajaria police have nabbed three armed men for opening fire at a 45-year-old history- sheeter with Bajaria police late in the night on Sunday; fourth accused went absconding.

Panic prevailed near Sikandari Saray area when the accused identified as Usman and three others opened fire at victim identified as Sohaib alias Anna. 

In the investigation police found that the victim was opened fire when he was on his way to home after attending friends at Dwarka Nagar. After he was shot he was rushed to Chirayu hospital. He was shot in his back on left side. 

After the incident police swung into action and nabbed three of the miscrenats identified as Salman, Irfan and Shakeel while Fajji alias Usman remains absconding. Based on the complaint after the preliminary investigation police have registered a case under section 307 and 34 of the IPC.

During the investigation police found that the accused and victim had old enmity and entered a fight after the accused spotted him alone and later opened fire at him. The nabbed accused was produced in the court and was sent under judicial custody. The victim hold crime record and has been booked for several crimes in the past by Bajaria police.

The condition of the victim is reportedly stable. The main accused Usman is close to a property dealer who has dispute over property in Karond in the past. The two tried to resolve the issue but failed and later victim was attacked.
