Berasia police have arrested two vehicle lifters and two buyers from Shamshabad square and recovered 3 motorbikes and 2 water pump motors from their possession on Monday.
According to the police, acting on a tip off two youths were nabbed with a motorbike and failed to provide details of the bike and confessed that the bike was stolen near liquor shop at Deewanganj.
The nabbed miscreants were identified as Anup Ahirwar (24) Jhirkia Kalan and Dinesh Nath (25) of Sukalia. During the investigation police found that the two have stolen two other motorbikes and two water pump motors.
The police have registered case under 41(1-4) of the CrPC and section 379 of the IPC and started further investigation. The two revealed that water pump motors have been sold to Pritam Nath (38) of Amarpur and Wasim Khan (23) of Berasia.
Based on the details Pritam and Wasim were nabbed. Wasim works as scarp dealer while details of Pritam are investigated.
The bike, which was recovered from their possession, was stolen around 5 years ago and they were using the same bike for commuting, while details of two other bikes and water pump motor are under investigation said police.
Police have started to check the crime record details of the two nabbed accused. More recoveries would be made from Wasim as he deals in scrap and helped accused in disposal of stolen goods in the past. Police said that accused would reveal more stealing and burglaries in the further investigation.
