Bhopal girl Varsha secures 1st rank in ICSI programme

Varsha Panjwani from Bhopal secured All India 1st Rank in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Professional Programme.

The result of Company Secretaries (CS) professional and executive programme examination were declared on Monday at ICSI official website. The result was declared by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). As many as 110 students from Bhopal centre appeared for the CS professional and executive Programme.

Besides, 7 students from Bhopal branch have secured All India Rank (AIR) in the Professional Programme. Varsha Panjwani secured 1st AIR, Harsh Santawni secured 3rd AIR, Arpit Goyal secured 16th AIR. Besides, in Executive programme 42 students appeared in which 5 students made it to the professional examination.

It is to be noted that the Professional Programme Examination was held in December 2018. Interested applicants can also apply for the verification of marks of CS examination within 30 days from the announcement of the result. They can apply for verification of marks either through online or offline mode with a necessary fee of Rs 250 per subject. No hard copy of the result will be made available by the ICSI.

While the ICSI results for company secretaries' professional programme were declared at 11 am, the result for the ICSI company secretary executive programme was announced around 2 pm. The ICSI has declared the result for both old and new syllabus for its executive programme.

The Chairman of Bhopal chapter ICSI Yogesh Khakre said that the candidates who have cleared the executive programme will appear for the professional programme. Special classes will be held for the students appearing in  professional programme.
