To review and check security arrangements on festivals like Ganesh festival, Dole Gyaras, Moharram and Anant Chaturdashi, IG Bhopal Zone Yogesh Deshmukh spent last night visiting the Ganesh pandals and Tazia in the police station Kotwali, Talaiya, Mangalwara area with SP North Shailendra Singh Chauhan and other officials.

He reviewed security system during the visit and discussed with the organizers and advised to maintain peace and security, procession and moving ceremonies in a peaceful manner and to cooperate with the police.

The officials concerned were given necessary guidelines to provide all necessary preparations and facilities after inspecting the security system, the ceremonial ceremony and the procession route in the tableau.

ASP Manu Vyas, CSP Bittu Sharma, TI Mangalwara, Talaiya, Kotwali and other staff were present on the occasion. A review meeting of officers in view of peace and security during the festivals IG Bhopal zone Yogesh Deshmukh was held at the police control room on Saturday.

IG Deshmukh, directed that all the station in-charge should visit their respective areas, collect information about processions and strengthen the security system and inspect the procession and running ceremonies. Talk to the organizers and request them to carry out the procession in a peaceful manner and immerse the idol in time and cooperate with the police.

Ensure safety and all necessary preparations during the moving ceremony and procession. Ensure arrangement of cranes, water canons, fire brigades, electricity, barricading, diversion etc. by talking to the municipal corporation and related departments. Take support of nagar suraksha committees at city and village.
